Andrew Lazo has been posting finished tattoos in Laredo since 2019, first under the name Huaxtek Ink and now from his own private studio, Wasted Youth.
His range is wide on purpose: anime and manga tributes, horror and gothic work, freehand dragons and snakes, florals, memorial portraits, religious and mythology pieces, neo-tribal blackwork and cover-ups that bury old ink for good. Since October 2025 he also tattoos with UV-reactive ink.
Most designs start as his own drawings. He paints in acrylic too, and he'll stay late to finish a sleeve in one sitting when the client is up for it.
